Mobile Preventive Care Pricing
Brushed by Bree provides comprehensive onsite dental hygiene visits within assisted living communities and private residences.
Each visit includes portable equipment setup, professional sterilization protocols, clinical assessment, and individualized preventive treatment.
Routine Preventive Visit: $250–$300
Includes:
• Comprehensive cleaning
• Oral health assessment
• Fluoride varnish or chlorhexidine treatment
• Care plan recommendations
• Coordination with family and facility as needed
Preventive Visit with Digital X-Rays: $400
Includes:
• Comprehensive cleaning
• Digital radiographs (as needed)
• Fluoride varnish or chlorhexidine treatment
• Written summary and documentation
• Electronic records sent to the treating dentist at no additional cost
We believe continuity of care matters — and we are happy to securely email images and documentation to your dentist when appropriate.
Insurance
Brushed by Bree operates as a private-pay provider and is out-of-network with PPO plans.
Many PPO plans offer reimbursement for out-of-network preventive services. We provide detailed receipts to assist with claim submission.
We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm individual benefits.
Facility Administrative Fees
Some assisted living communities may charge a coordination or administrative fee for onsite healthcare providers.
These policies are determined by the community and are communicated directly to families. Brushed by Bree prioritizes transparency in all pricing discussions.
